SpoH SURREAL is a boundary-pushing Graf Brut IPA that marries the hop-forward intensity of a Specialty IPA with the crisp, acidic snap of Reineta apple juice. This hybrid pours with an effervescent elegance, offering an aroma where bright, resinous American hop notes collide with the tart, green-skin perfume of the cider component. On the palate, the Brut influence ensures a bone-dry finish, allowing the 7.3% ABV to feel deceptively light and refreshing. The integration of the 25% Reineta apple juice provides a sophisticated vinous quality and subtle tannin, balancing the firm bitterness and tropical hop profile for a complex, champagne-like sensory experience.

Appearance. Dark brown to deep mahogany (SRM 25-40); clear with a slight haze; moderate light tan head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent tropical and citrus hop character layered over a distinct tartness from the Reineta apple juice. Low malt notes of toast and light chocolate are present, accompanied by a clean fermentation profile and a subtle vinous edge.

Taste. Initial impression is bone-dry and crisp. Flavors of resinous hops and melon are primary, supported by the sharp, acidic fruitiness of green apples. Malt flavor is low, providing a thin toasted backdrop. Bitterness is firm and assertive but not harsh, leading into a very dry, clean finish with a lingering fruity astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a very thin, effervescent texture. Carbonation is high and prickly. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, while the finish is notable for its absence of residual sugar and a slight tannic snap.
