Secret Rites is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop trio of Mosaic, Citra, and Strata. The sensory profile opens with an explosion of tropical fruit, specifically mango and passion fruit, layered over bright grapefruit and a subtle hint of blueberry. These intense hop oils provide a juicy, saturated character that defines the style. A base of grainy, bready malt provides a soft foundation, while the finish is smooth and off-dry with a restrained bitterness. At 6.5% ABV, it balances a pillowy mouthfeel with a clean fermentation profile, ensuring the complex hop aromatics remain the focus.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (SRM 3-7). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; no visible particulates. Medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of passion fruit and strawberry from Strata, bright citrus and lime from Citra, and tropical mango and blueberry from Mosaic. Low, bready-grainy malt in the background. Clean fermentation profile.
