This modern interpretation of a German Pils delivers a sophisticated fusion of Old World structure and contemporary hop character. A well-rounded maltiness provides a foundation of toasted cracker and light honey, which is immediately enlivened by notable aromas of Cascade and Amarillo hops. These varieties shift the traditional profile toward vibrant citrus, grapefruit, and soft floral notes. Poured brilliant gold with a resilient white head, the beer is exceptionally clean and refreshing. The palate transition from doughy malt to a firm, crisp bitterness ensures a bone-dry finish, showcasing a masterfully balanced relationship between classic lager techniques and aromatic hop intensity.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM); brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
