Appearance. Deep chestnut brown (approx. 17 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a dense, compact, dark ivory head with excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high malty richness characterized by sweet grain, toasted bread, and a hint of biscuit. Low fruity esters are present, complemented by a light, spicy hop aroma and a clean, lagered fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression of rich, toasted malt with nuances of light chocolate and bread crust.
