This massive Imperial Stout delivers an opulent sensory experience driven by its maturation in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. Intense aromas of toasted hazelnut and rich Canadian maple syrup meld seamlessly with dark chocolate, espresso, and caramelized sugars. On the palate, the decadent sweetness of the maple syrup is balanced by deep roasted malts and a complex oak character, revealing layers of vanilla, coconut, and warming bourbon alcohol. Velvety, viscous, and extraordinarily complex, this luxurious beer offers a harmonious interplay of dark fruit esters and charred wood, culminating in a lingering, bittersweet finish that highlights its exquisite barrel lineage.

Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque. Pours with a dense, dark brown head that exhibits low to moderate retention, leaving oily legs on the glass walls due to high viscosity and alcohol content.
