This Imperial Stout presents an indulgent sensory experience, merging a robust, dark-malted base with decadent pastry elements. The profile opens with high-intensity aromas of rich salted caramel and baked apple, underscored by hints of buttery pastry and warming cinnamon. On the palate, deep layers of dark chocolate and espresso from the roasted malts provide a foundation for the sensory character to shine, delivering flavors of sweet strudel and a touch of savory salt. At 12% ABV, the finish is exceptionally warming and lingering, maintaining a velvety, full-bodied texture that coats the mouth with a dessert-like complexity.

Appearance. Opaque jet black with a thick, persistent deep tan head that leaves significant lacing; high viscosity is evident by noticeable legs on the glass.
