This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Sori and Adroit Theory, delivers an intense olfactory experience driven by a massive dry-hop charge of Lupomax Citra, Lupomax Azacca, Lupomax Bru-1, and Nelson Sauvin. The sensory profile is dominated by high-definition notes of ripe mango, tart passion fruit, and sun-ripened pineapple. Nelson Sauvin contributes a sophisticated layer of crushed white grape and gooseberry. The mouthfeel is characteristically soft and plush, supporting a vibrant, juice-like palate that finishes with a restrained, smooth bitterness. It is a modern, fruit-forward expression that balances tropical depth with a clean, pillowy malt backbone, embodying the hallmark juicy essence of the style.

Appearance. Color is a luminous pale gold with an orange hue (5 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit; prominent fresh pineapple, mango, and passion fruit aromas. A distinct vinous character of white grape and gooseberry is present. Low bready-grainy malt in the background with a clean fermentation profile and no hop grassiness.

Taste. Initial impression is a saturation of tropical juice. High flavors of mango and pineapple from the Lupomax hops, complemented by a sophisticated white wine-like grape note. Malt flavor is low and bready. Bitterness is medium-low and very smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is off-dry and lingering with fruit esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Medium carbonation. Smooth and creamy without being viscous; alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated. No hop-derived astringency.
