Appearance. Opaque dark brown with deep mahogany highlights (SRM 30+); features a thick, persistent, tan-colored head with dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity with a rich malt profile of caramel, molasses, and deep toast; layered with prominent vanilla bean, sweet toasted coconut, and a distinct ripe banana ester. Subtle underlying notes of licorice and raisin are present, with a clean fermentation profile and a notable, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
