Aroma. Moderate to strong intensity. Dominated by classic weizen yeast esters of ripe banana and spicy phenols reminiscent of clove. Background notes of bready, doughy wheat and a light grainy sweetness from Pilsner malt. Hop aroma is absent to very low.
Taste. Initial impression is soft and creamy. Balanced flavors of banana and clove are prominent but not overwhelming. A bready, doughy wheat backbone is supported by light Pilsner malt graininess. Bitterness is very low, serving only to prevent cloying. The finish is relatively dry and refreshing with a lingering bready aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a fluffy, creamy fullness. High carbonation creates a spritzy, effervescent sensation on the tongue. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. No astringency.
