This vibrant Double IPA showcases a sophisticated interplay of New Zealand and American hops. Nelson Sauvin provides elegant notes of crushed white grapes and gooseberry, while Motueka adds a bright, zesty lime character. The addition of Mosaic Cryo intensifies the profile with concentrated waves of blueberry, passion fruit, and a hint of resinous pine. Beneath the hop saturation, a lean, neutral malt base keeps the focus entirely on the oils. It finishes remarkably dry and clean, hiding its 8% strength behind a firm but smooth bitterness and a lingering tropical aftertaste that demands another sip.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (7-9 SRM); persistent, creamy off-white head with dense lacing; slight hop haze typical of modern examples.
