Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange color (7-9 SRM). Topped with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves consistent lacing. Clarity is clear with a slight, acceptable haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by grapefruit pith and resinous pine from the Chinook. Secondary notes include tropical passion fruit from the Mosaic and a hint of lime zest from the Motueka. Malt character is low and neutral, providing a faint grainy background. Fermentation profile is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of citrus and tropical fruit. Strong hop flavors of grapefruit, pine, and passion fruit are supported by a low, clean malt character that provides a soft bready foundation. Bitterness is moderately high and firm but smooth. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and no harshness.
