This expressive pour centers on the synergistic blend of Idaho 7 and Strata hops, producing a saturated profile of pineapple, passion fruit, and bright pink grapefruit. A distinct ganjera or dank resinous quality weaves through the tropical core, grounding the fruitiness with a complex, herbal depth. The aroma is punchy and fruit-forward, leading into a pillowy-soft palate characteristic of the style. Appearance. Pours a pale straw to light orange (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. It is topped by a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by notes of ripe mango, passion fruit, and crushed pineapple. The Idaho 7 and Strata hops provide a significant dank or resinous quality alongside zesty pink grapefruit. A supportive, neutral, bready malt presence sits in the background, while fruity fermentation esters harmonize with the hop-driven tropical character.

Taste. The initial impression is a saturated burst of tropical and citrus juice, featuring prominent pineapple, strawberry, and grapefruit flavors. The bitterness is moderate but perceived as low and smooth, never harsh, allowing the hop oils to coat the tongue. A low, bready malt backbone provides structure without sweetness.
