The sensory experience is dominated by an explosion of tropical fruit, specifically ripe mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus zest derived from the Citra, while Mosaic adds layers of stone fruit and a subtle berry-like complexity. Its appearance is characteristically opaque with a glowing golden hue, leading into a soft, low-bitterness finish that emphasizes fruit saturation over hop bite, staying true to its modern New England roots.

Appearance. Color is a hazy, opaque deep straw to light gold with a luminous shine. It features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma characterized by a saturated bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits.
