This Hazy IPA embodies maximum smoothness with a lush, velvety texture and an explosive hop profile. The use of Cryo Mosaic delivers concentrated layers of tropical mango, ripe blueberry, and a hint of resinous pine, which harmonize seamlessly with the bright lime and pink grapefruit zest provided by Citra. Together, these hops create a perfect combo of juice-forward intensity. The malt base provides a soft, bready foundation that supports the massive hop presence without adding cloying sweetness. It pours with a signature opaque shine, offering a clean yet complex sensory experience that prioritizes aromatic depth and drinkability over sharp bitterness.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale gold to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a characteristic opaque, juice-like appearance and a luminous shine. It is topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward aroma dominated by tropical and citrus notes. Prominent scents of mango, passion fruit, and lime zest are layered over subtle hints of blueberry and stone fruit. The malt character is low, appearing as neutral, grainy-sweet, or lightly bready, providing a clean canvas for the hops. Fermentation esters are supportive and fruity, with no detectable alcohol or harshness.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor, reflecting the aroma with notes of grapefruit, tropical medley, and soft resin. The bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and smooth, never harsh or biting. The malt profile is light and bready, balancing the hop intensity. The finish is off-dry to medium, lingering with a juicy fruit character and a clean, soft aftertaste that remains remarkably smooth.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth and soft texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the beer’s creamy feel. There is no astringency or hop burn, and the 6% alcohol content provides a very light, well-integrated warmth that remains in the background.
