Appearance. SRM 4. Straw to deep gold with a distinct, opaque haze and a luminous sheen. Pours with a thick, rocky, white meringue-like head that shows excellent retention and leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of passionfruit, peach, and crushed pineapple from the Nectaron, coupled with the berry-like and tropical depth of Mosaic Cryo. A low bready and grainy malt character provides a neutral base. Fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters that complement the hop profile.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit punch and stone fruit. Nectaron provides a succulent peach flavor, while Mosaic Cryo contributes nuances of blueberry and mango. The finish is soft, fruity, and off-dry with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
