This transparent Double IPA is a high-impact sensory experience that leans heavily into resinous and citrus territory. Utilizing a complex hop blend of Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, and Mosaic, the beer delivers a powerful punch of grapefruit peel and earthy pine. The inclusion of Cryo Simcoe and Cryo Ekuanot elevates the profile with sharp tropical accents, while the addition of Gelato terpenes heightens the dank, resinous qualities and sharpens the citrus bite. It remains remarkably dry and clean on the palate, allowing the potent bitterness to shine without a heavy malt presence, finishing with a crisp, lingering herbaceousness.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (approx. 7-9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves sticky lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of resinous pine, grapefruit, and dank cannabis-like pungency from the terpenes. Mosaic and Cryo Ekuanot contribute secondary layers of tropical mango and papaya. Malt is very low and neutral, providing a light cracker-like background that allows the hops to dominate. Light, clean alcohol notes are present.

Taste. Initial impression is a surge of citrus zest and resinous hop flavor. High bitterness is clean and firm, supported by a very lean, neutral malt character. Flavors of pine, stone fruit from Cryo Simcoe, and earthy spice lead into a bone-dry finish. The aftertaste is long and hoppy, characterized by a persistent but smooth resinous bitterness without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the dry finish. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth provides a pleasant glow without being solventy or hot.

Sensory Profile.
