This Double IPA is a vibrant showcase of modern hop intensity, led by a potent combination of Mosaic Cryo and Amarillo alongside a proprietary Hop Revolution Blend. On the nose, it erupts with an intense bouquet of ripe papaya, blueberry, and zesty orange peel. The palate delivers a clean, lean malt profile that allows the complex hop oils to take center stage, offering flavors of resinous pine and tropical stone fruit. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Generally clear with a very slight haze permitted from heavy hopping. Moderate-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit (mango, papaya) and berry notes from Mosaic Cryo, complemented by orange and floral citrus from Amarillo. The Hop Revolution Blend adds layers of passionfruit and pine. Malt is low and neutral, supporting a clean fermentation profile with a hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of citrus zest, tropical stone fruit, and resin. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but clean, lacking harshness. The malt character is low and soft, providing a grainy backdrop that allows the hops to dominate. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste.
