Soma Blockchain is a saturated Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend of HBC 472, Motueka, Azacca, and Mosaic. This 7% ABV ale leads with a vibrant aromatic burst of tropical mango and zesty lime, underpinned by a unique whisper of coconut and soft woodiness derived from the HBC 472. The addition of Mosaic and Azacca layers in deep notes of ripe stone fruit, pineapple, and mixed berries. Its appearance is a glowing straw-gold with a signature opaque haze. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel carries these intense fruit flavors across the palate to a smooth, off-dry finish where restrained bitterness ensures a juice-like drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. The beer is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent tropical pineapple and mango notes. Distinctive citrus accents of lime and lemon zest are present, accompanied by an unusual but pleasant hint of coconut and light oak. Malt is low and neutral, providing a soft bready background without caramel notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors dominate, echoing the aroma with mango, berries, and bright lime. The malt flavor is low, suggesting light grain or floury bread. Bitterness is medium-low and smooth, providing just enough balance to prevent cloying sweetness without becoming resinous. The finish is off-dry and creamy with lingering tropical fruit oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded, and silky texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth that reflects its 7% ABV. Completely free of hop astringency or harshness.
