Within this Hazy IPA, a luminous opacity meets a sophisticated hop profile driven by Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Cryo, and Citra. The sensory experience is defined by the unique vinous character of Nelson Sauvin, delivering distinctive notes of crushed white wine grapes and gooseberry. This is seamlessly layered with the vibrant citrus and mango tropicality of Citra. A soft, pillowy malt base of light grain provides a canvas for these intense hop oils to shine. The finish is remarkably smooth with a restrained bitterness, emphasizing a juicy, fruit-forward expression that captures the essence of modern hopping techniques and biotransformation.

Appearance. Golden straw, opaque and hazy with a luminous glow. Topped by a dense, white, rocky head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant aromas of white wine grapes, gooseberry, and passionfruit from Nelson Sauvin and Nelson Cryo. Supporting notes of grapefruit, sweet mango, and lime from Citra. Background malt is lightly bready and neutral.

Taste. A burst of tropical and vinous fruit flavors. Initial notes of white grape and tropical melon lead into mango and citrus zest. Malt flavor is low, suggesting bready dough. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and well-integrated. Finish is off-dry and fruit-focused.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and silky texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without harshness.
