This expression highlights the vibrant interplay between resinous Simcoe, floral Centennial Cryo, and tropical Citra hops. Aromas of grapefruit rind and fresh pine needles lead into a palate defined by a sharp, clean bitterness and a lean malt backbone. The use of Centennial Cryo intensifies the citrus and floral aromatics without adding vegetal weight, while Simcoe provides an earthy depth that balances the bright mango notes from Citra. It finishes crisp and decidedly dry, showcasing a modern, hop-forward profile that remains highly drinkable despite its potent hop charge.

Appearance. Clear, bright gold to light amber (SRM 7-9) with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pine and resin from Simcoe, accompanied by distinct floral and lemon zest notes from Centennial Cryo. Bright citrus and tropical fruit accents of mango and grapefruit from Citra are highly apparent. Low, clean, grainy malt sweetness resides in the background with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is an assertive hop-forward profile mirroring the aroma: intense citrus, dank pine, and tropical fruit. Firm, medium-high bitterness dominates. The malt character is low and grainy with a faint toasted note, supporting the hops into a very dry, clean finish. The aftertaste is lingeringly bitter and hoppy.
