Nebula presents a vibrant, hop-forward experience characteristic of a modern Double IPA. The aroma is dominated by the intense tropical and citrus punch of Nectaron and Motueka, offering layers of passionfruit, peach, and zesty lime. Strata CGX amplifies these notes with a concentrated dankness and strawberry-like undertone. A lean, neutral malt base allows the massive hop profile to shine without interference. On the palate, a firm but clean bitterness balances the 8% ABV, leading to a dry, crisp finish. This is a powerful yet drinkable expression of New World hop varieties, emphasizing fruit-forward complexity over malt weight.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent white head and good lacing; clear to slightly hazy.

Aroma. Intense hop intensity featuring prominent tropical fruit (passionfruit, peach), bright lime, and a subtle berry sweetness; background malt is clean, neutral, and grainy; very low ester profile and smooth alcohol.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of ripe stone fruit, lime zest, and resinous pine; moderately high bitterness that remains smooth; low supportive malt character; dry finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
