Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of crushed lime, stone fruit, and tropical melon. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but clean and devoid of harshness. Low, soft malt character provides a brief neutral platform before a dry, crisp finish. The aftertaste is long and hop-forward, emphasizing citrus oils and resin.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Medium-high carbonation. No hop-derived astringency. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its 8% strength.
