Camber is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases a focused New Zealand hop profile. Dominated by Motueka and Kohatu, the sensory experience begins with an intense aromatics of zesty lime, crushed pine needles, and tropical stone fruit. At 8% ABV, it presents a lean but supportive neutral malt backbone that allows the hop intensity to shine without excessive sweetness. The interplay between the citrus-forward Motueka and the resinous, tropical Kohatu creates a complex layer of New World hop character. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp, with a firm, clean bitterness that invites another sip while hiding its strength behind a smooth, polished texture.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (SRM 6-8). Pours with a moderate, persistent white head that leaves fine lacing. Displays a slight, modern haze while maintaining a luminous quality.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet. Primary notes of fresh lime zest and lemon from Motueka, complemented by the distinctive piney resin and tropical fruit esters of Kohatu. Background malt is clean and crackery, providing a neutral stage for the hops. Fermentation is clean with very subtle pear-like esters and a faint, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Leading with an aggressive but refined hop flavor of tropical fruit and lime. A firm bitterness defines the mid-palate, supported by a lean, bready malt presence. The Kohatu provides a lingering needle-pine and stone fruit complexity. The finish is notably dry and clean, with a persistent, resinous hop aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp bite. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its 8% strength, but remains smooth rather than solventy.
