This Double IPA presents an intense sensory profile defined by its 8% ABV and modern hop expression. Expect a saturated bouquet of tropical fruit and citrus oils that dominate the olfactory experience, supported by a clean, lean malt backbone. While labeled as a Double New England IPA by the brewer, it maintains the bold, assertive character expected of the style, delivering a smooth yet potent delivery of resinous and stone fruit notes. The finish is remarkably clean and dry for its strength, masking the alcohol well while ensuring high drinkability despite its significant hop saturation.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (7 SRM). Significant haze to opaque with a dense, persistent white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright grapefruit. A very low, neutral grainy malt presence provides a clean canvas. Light fruity esters with subtle, well-integrated alcohol.

Taste. Explosive hop flavors of pineapple, citrus zest, and resin. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but smooth. The malt is soft and supportive, showing light bread-crust character. Finishes dry with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and tropical fruit aftertaste.
