This collaborative Triple IPA delivers an overwhelming sensory impact fitting its name. An intense aromatic profile driven by Peacharine and Nectaron erupts with saturated notes of ripe peach, nectarine, and passion fruit. Riwaka adds a punchy citrus and tropical layer, bordering on pink grapefruit and tropical diesel. Despite the 10% ABV, the beer remains surprisingly drinkable with a clean, neutral malt base that supports the massive hop saturation. A firm bitterness provides structure to the lush stone fruit flavors, finishing medium-dry and crisp. It is a modern, high-gravity Double IPA that captures the vivid, essential oils of its unique Southern Hemisphere hop blend.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (8-10 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with good lacing. Modern clarity with a slight, acceptable hop haze.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring dominant stone fruit (peach, nectarine) from Peacharine and tropical passion fruit from Nectaron. Riwaka provides a sharp grapefruit and light resinous complexity. Malt is neutral and grainy in the background, with a clean fermentation profile and smooth, integrated alcohol.

Taste. A powerful initial impression of ripe peach, pineapple, and citrus. The malt flavor is low, soft, and unobtrusive, providing a clean canvas for the hops. Bitterness is moderately high but remains smooth and free of harshness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, resinous, and fruit-forward aftertaste. Alcohol is clean and smooth.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. Contains a noticeable but restrained and pleasant alcohol warmth without any hop-derived astringency.
