Tsunami is a vibrant Hazy IPA that crashes onto the palate with a saturating hop intensity driven by Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Hyperboost Citra. It presents a luminous, opaque golden glow topped by a frothy white head. The aroma is a tropical gale of passion fruit and lime from the Citra, masterfully intermingled with the signature crushed white grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin. This sensory wave carries into a plush, pillowy mouthfeel where soft bready malts support a massive juicy flavor profile. Despite the intense hop saturation, bitterness remains restrained and smooth, finishing with a lingering, nectar-like fruit essence.
Appearance. 3-6 SRM; opaque, glowing pale gold with an orange-tinged hue; thick, rocky white head with high retention and meringue-like texture.
