This Czech Premium Pale Lager presents a masterclass in traditional brewing, utilizing a double-decoction mash and four varieties of floor-malted grains to achieve a surprisingly full-bodied character for its sessionable strength. The aroma is defined by the classic interplay of bready malt richness and the refined spicy-herbal bouquet of Žatecký poloranný červeňák and Sládek hops. On the palate, a clean, rounded bitterness balances the complex malt base, delivering a harmoniously integrated profile. Despite its approachable 3.8% ABV, the mouthfeel remains creamy and satisfying, leading to a crisp, lingering finish that invites another sip.
