SOKO'S Be Hoppy is a vibrant, modern take on the classic Blonde Ale, leaning into the aromatic intensity of a craft hybrid. This summer-focused pour showcases a generous dry hopping of Sabro hops, which transforms the traditional neutral malt base into a tropical showcase. Expect a bright sensory profile dominated by distinct layers of fresh pineapple and tangy passion fruit. While it maintains the approachable, easy-drinking core of its style, the influence of Hazy IPA techniques introduces a softer texture and a punchy, fruit-forward aromatic presence that elevates the refreshing straw-yellow body into a contemporary, hop-centric experience.

Appearance. Straw yellow (3–4 SRM). Pours with a slight haze, deviating from the style's traditional brilliance due to dry hopping. Topped with a medium white head with fair retention and light lacing.
