This British Brown Ale presents a polished mahogany hue, inviting the senses with a bouquet of natural vanilla extract and subtle toasted hazelnuts. Built upon a foundation of British malts, it balances sweet caramel and light chocolate notes against the earthy character of traditional English hops. The experience is defined by its crystalline clarity and a gentle nutty flavor that transitions into a lingering, creamy vanilla finish. Moderate in alcohol yet flavorful, it maintains a classic malt-forward profile while integrating specialty ingredients to create a dessert-like, yet balanced and highly drinkable ale that pairs excellently with chocolate or savory mole.

Appearance. Mahogany to dark reddish-brown (18-22 SRM); brilliant clarity and crystalline; moderate light-tan head with fair retention.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring prominent sweet vanilla and light toasted hazelnut. Base malt notes of caramel, toffee, and biscuit are present. Low earthy English hop aroma and very low fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression of sweet caramel and vanilla. Malt flavors include biscuit and a faint nuttiness, devoid of roasted or burnt character. Medium-low bitterness from English hops provides an even balance. The finish is medium-sweet with a lingering, natural vanilla aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol warmth is low and well-integrated; no astringency.
