This Session NEIPA offers an inviting sensory profile defined by its high drinkability and vibrant hop expression. At a crushable 4.5% ABV, it balances the assertive character of an American IPA with the softer, fruit-driven nuances of a modern hazy ale. Aromas of mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus zest dominate the nose, supported by a whisper of clean, grainy malt. The palate mirrors these tropical notes, delivered across a smooth, supple body that masks its lighter weight. A moderate bitterness provides structure without harshness, concluding in a crisp, dry finish that emphasizes a refreshing and lingering hop-forward clarity.
Appearance. Straw to medium gold (3–6 SRM). Characterized by a distinctive hazy to opaque appearance with a medium-sized, white head featuring good persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, passionfruit, and citrus notes like grapefruit. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness. Fermentation profile is clean with very light background fruity esters.
