The Insider is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases an expressive Southern Hemisphere hop profile. Motueka provides bright lime zest, while Nelson contributes sophisticated notes of white wine and gooseberry. Pacific Gem adds a subtle blackberry undertone, and Galaxy rounds it out with intense passionfruit and peach. At 6.8% ABV, the beer maintains a soft, pillowy texture that supports these lush tropical flavors. It is a quintessential juice-forward experience with a restrained bitterness, emphasizing depth and a clean, bready malt backbone. The finish is smooth and sunshine-filled, highlighting the expert biotransformation of New Zealand and Australian hops.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to pale orange with a distinctively opaque, luminous haze. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by a tropical fruit medley of passionfruit and crushed lime. Distinctive notes of gooseberry and white grape merge with a hint of dark berry. The malt remains in the background with a clean, bready, and lightly grainy character, free of any caramel or toast.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors lead with juicy mango, passionfruit, and bright lime citrus. A sophisticated vinous quality and subtle dark fruit accents follow. The malt profile is soft and bready, providing a neutral base. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-integrated and never sharp. The finish is smooth and off-dry, lingering with a pleasant tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and exceptionally smooth mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the juicy texture without being prickly. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
