Leveraging a potent duo of Galaxy and Vic Secret hops, it delivers an aromatic explosion of passion fruit, pineapple, and zesty lemongrass. The grist includes wheat and oats, creating a signature pillowy texture that belies its moderate strength. While rooted in the American Pale Ale tradition, it leans into modern New World characteristics with a light bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. This collaboration highlights a clean fermentation profile, allowing the tropical sweet fruit notes of the hops to remain the focal point against a subtle, bready malt background.
Appearance. Pale golden (approx 6 SRM) with a slight haze from wheat and oat additions. Topped with a moderately large, white, frothy head exhibiting good retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring tropical fruit characteristics of passion fruit and pineapple from Galaxy and Vic Secret hops. Underlying notes of lemongrass and citrus zest are supported by a low, grainy-sweet maltiness and a clean fermentation profile.
