This Double IPA showcases a vibrant sensory profile powered by Strata and Mosaic Lupomax. The Strata hops deliver punchy passion fruit and subtle strawberry-like red berry notes, while the Mosaic Lupomax contributes intense pineapple and tropical complexity. Aromas of nostalgic bubblegum weave through the fruit-forward bouquet. Despite its "fruit bomb" character, the beer maintains its structural integrity with a firm bitterness and a clean malt base. The 8.2% ABV provides a smooth, integrated warmth, supporting the lush hop oils through a lingering finish that remains remarkably drinkable and aromatic, consistent with the bold expectations of its style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber with a prominent, uniform haze. Features a thick, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit. Secondary notes of strawberry and mixed red berries from the Strata and Mosaic Lupomax are evident, alongside a faint sweet-ester bubblegum note and a neutral, grainy malt background.
