Sofia Electric Brewing Day Man is a vibrant American IPA that bridges styles, offering a "no coast" approach that emphasizes aromatic saturation and drinkability. A bold hop trio of Taiheke, Citra, and Amarillo drives the profile, delivering a burst of lime zest, ruby grapefruit, and sun-ripened peach. Despite its 7% ABV, the beer remains exceptionally crisp, focusing on tropical hop character rather than aggressive punch. The lean malt bill provides a neutral canvas for these New World hops to shine, resulting in a refreshing, hop-forward experience with a surprisingly smooth finish and restrained bitterness that defies traditional expectations for the style.
