Citra leads with vibrant notes of grapefruit and lime zest, while Galaxy contributes a lush, tropical depth of passionfruit and sun-ripened peach. The addition of Dolcita hops adds a unique, candy-like sweetness and subtle berry-forward nuances. Together, they create a juicy character that dominates the palate. A base of flaked grains provides a soft, pillowy texture that carries these hop oils smoothly, finishing with a restrained bitterness and a lingering, fruit-saturated aftertaste that remains remarkably approachable and refreshing at its sessionable strength.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM). Opaque, hazy clarity with a noticeable 'shine.' Features a medium, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
