This extended aging integrates a powerful 12.2% ABV into a velvety, oatmeal-driven body. The sensory experience is dominated by an opulent display of bold dark chocolate and deeply caramelized burnt sugar, interwoven with rich ribbons of maple syrup. The unique Bulgarian oak provides a sophisticated structural backbone, culminating in a distinctive, lingering marzipan finish. Appearance. SRM 40+; jet black and opaque; thick, deep tan head with moderate retention; prominent legs and high viscosity visible on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Rich layers of dark chocolate and espresso roast are complemented by maple syrup sweetness and burnt sugar. The Bulgarian oak contributes significant almond and marzipan notes, alongside a hint of vanilla and oxidized dark fruit like prunes. Alcohol is noticeable but smooth and well-integrated.
