Utilizing a high-quality single malt base, likely British Pale Ale malt, this 11.2% ABV ale radiates a profound character of burnt toffee, rich caramel, and dense fruit cake. Layers of stewed fruits—reminiscent of plums and raisins—dominate the palate, supported by a soft, warming alcohol presence that avoids harshness.
