This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant collaboration of modern hop varieties, delivering a saturated fruit experience. The inclusion of Mosaic and Bru-1 drives an intense aromatic profile of ripe pineapple and tropical guava, while Enigma adds a sophisticated layer of raspberry and red berry notes. Cashmere Lupomax rounds out the palate with a smooth, sweet stone fruit character and a soft, pillowy texture. The malt base is supportive and bready, ensuring the massive hop load remains balanced rather than harsh. It pours with a characteristic opaque glow, leading to a lush, fruit-forward finish that exemplifies the juice-led focus of the style.

Appearance. Straw to light gold color (4-5 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a characteristic shine. Features a large, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick, rocky lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, guava, and sweet stone fruit. Distinctive red berry and raspberry esters are present. The malt is low and neutral, offering a light bready character without any caramel or toastiness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical and red berry aroma. Low to medium-light bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-heavy but perceived as soft and smooth, never sharp. The finish is off-dry and lingering with a massive, juicy fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft, and plush texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any harshness or astringency.
