Appearance. Saturated yellow color (approximately 4-6 SRM). Displays a slight to moderate haze from the inclusion of wheat, oats, and yeast. Topped with a moderately large, creamy white head with good retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominant citrus notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra hops are complemented by the distinctive pine, cedar, and subtle coconut-like tropicality of Sabro. Low grainy-sweet malt character with hints of bready wheat and raw oats. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is bright and hop-forward. Flavors of orange peel, pine resin, and tropical fruit lead the palate, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone of barley and wheat.
