Reflecting its heritage of traditional bittersweet apples, this medium-sweet English Cider showcases a robust apple character driven by Dabinett and Michelin varieties. A rustic golden pour releases rich aromas of baked orchard fruit, earthy spice, and a whisper of wild funk. On the palate, the cider strikes a beautiful balance between soft residual sweetness and a gentle, drying tannin structure. Appearance. Deep gold to clear amber. Brilliant clarity with active, moderate carbonation that produces a brief ring of white bubbles which dissipates quickly, leaving no persistent lacing.
