However, rising costs in ingredients, utilities, and rent made it clear that operating in a commercial space wasn’t sustainable.Instead, they built a purpose-designed brewery in the garden of their new home, now equipped with four 300-litre fermenters and a 300-litre, three-vessel kit. A new website and web shop are launching soon, with updates on events and new beers shared via social media. Continued support means everything as they keep making good beer for great people.
