PeaceTime by Slow Down Brewing is a refreshing and highly attenuated Saison that exemplifies the farmhouse tradition. It features a bright sensory profile dominated by fruity esters—notably citrus and pome fruit—intermingled with a distinct black pepper spiciness from the Belgian yeast. Built on a foundation of pale base malt, the beer displays a soft, grainy character that balances a moderate continental hop bitterness. Its light body and effervescent carbonation drive a bone-dry finish, leaving a clean, spicy aftertaste. This ale prioritizes fermentation complexity and high drinkability, resulting in a crisp, vibrant, and well-balanced Belgian-style experience.
Appearance. Pale gold to deep orange with a dense, rocky white head that demonstrates excellent retention and classic Belgian lacing. The beer is unfiltered, showing a slight, characteristic haze.
