Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by pine resin, grapefruit rind, and subtle floral notes. Supports a low, clean, grainy malt character with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is decidedly hoppy and bitter. Flavors of resinous pine and citrus zest lead the profile, supported by a low, toasted, grainy malt sweetness. Very high bitterness is clean and well-integrated. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, crisp, hoppy aftertaste.
