Sloop Pils captures the elegant precision of a classic German Pilsner, pouring a brilliant pale yellow with a persistent, fluffy white head. The sensory experience is defined by a bold, floral bouquet driven by traditional Noble hops, balanced against a backdrop of lightly kilned malt that suggests fresh dough and toasted crackers. On the palate, a delicate grainy sweetness is rapidly overtaken by a firm, clean bitterness that carries through to a refreshingly crisp finish. Appearance. Pale yellow (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, fluffy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Dominant floral and spicy hop character from Noble hops. Secondary notes of low grainy, sweet malt and light honey. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial crisp grainy-sweet malt flavor is quickly eclipsed by a medium-high hop bitterness. Flavors of herbal and floral hops are prominent. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and a slight flinty mineral note.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that provides a lively, scrubbing sensation. Smooth and refreshing without any harshness or astringency. Low alcohol warmth.
