Radiant Beams is a quintessential Hazy IPA that showcases the vibrant, citrus-forward potential of Citra hops. Utilizing both Citra Cryo and Citra T-90, this beer radiates intense sensory notes of zesty Key Lime pie and fresh, summertime lemonade. The strategic addition of malted oats and flaked oats creates a lush, pillowy foundation that carries the massive hop-derived fruitiness with grace. Aromas of tropical stone fruit and bright citrus lead into a flavor profile defined by its juicy character and restrained bitterness. It is a sun-soaked expression of the style, offering a soft, approachable mouthfeel and a clean, fruit-driven finish.

Appearance. Straw to light amber color with a glowing, opaque haze. Features a medium-to-large, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus zest, sweet lime, and tropical fruit. Background malt is low and grainy-bready from the oats, while fermentation esters are neutral to lightly fruity and well-integrated.
