Pixie Dust is a luminous Hazy IPA that captures the essence of summer with a vibrant, tropical-forward profile. A foundation of simple malts provides a clean, bready canvas that allows the bright fruitiness of Pacific Northwest hops to take center stage. Expect intense aromas of stone fruit and zesty citrus, mirrored by a flavor profile bursting with mango and grapefruit. The appearance is distinctively hazy with a whimsical shimmer from a sprinkle of green glitter, topped by a persistent, rocky white head. Its soft, medium body and restrained bitterness ensure a smooth, approachable finish, making it a refreshing, bright choice for warmer weather.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM) with an opaque, hazy clarity. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and a unique, shimmering green luster from added glitter.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring stone fruit, mango, and citrus zest. The malt character is neutral and lightly grainy, providing a clean background free of caramel or toast.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor reminiscent of apricot and tropical juice. Malt flavor is low and bready, supporting a low to medium-high bitterness that is soft rather than sharp. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
