This Double Hazy IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience, defined by an intense addition of fresh orange zest that amplifies the naturally citrusy and tropical profile of American hops. The pour is a glowing, opaque gold, releasing a powerful bouquet of ripe mango, pineapple, and concentrated orange oils. On the palate, the hop character is resonant and resiny, balanced by a soft, bready malt foundation that masks the elevated alcohol. The finish remains smooth and remarkably approachable despite its strength, leaving a lingering impression of freshly squeezed citrus and sweet tropical fruit nectar in a lush, full-bodied expression.

Appearance. Luminous deep gold to light orange (6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine. Topped with a dense, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by fresh orange zest, tropical mango, and crushed pineapple. Secondary notes of resin and grapefruit from American hops. Malt is clean and lightly bready, providing a neutral background for fruity esters.

Taste. An explosion of citrus and tropical fruit flavors. The orange zest provides a bright, essential-oil punch, followed by waves of papaya and stone fruit. Medium-low perceived bitterness is well-integrated, with a distinct resiny hop depth. The finish is soft and off-dry, featuring a hint of alcohol warmth.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength. No harshness or astringency.
