This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey, opening with a lush, opaque pour reminiscent of a winter landscape. The inclusion of flaked oats and flaked wheat creates a pillowy, soft mouthfeel that carries a complex hop profile. Aromas of bright stone fruit and lemongrass lead the charge, driven by the intense Citra and German Amarillo hops. On the palate, the hop character transitions into subtle notes of cedar and zesty citrus, supported by a low, bready malt backbone. The finish is remarkably smooth with a restrained bitterness, ensuring a refreshing, juice-like experience that highlights the signature snowy texture and sub-zero hop blend.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a luminous shine. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring dominant stone fruit and bright citrus notes. Secondary layers of lemongrass and a distinct, resinous cedar provide complexity. Clean, grainy, and bready malt character sits quietly in the background without any toast or caramel influence.

Taste. Explodes with fruity hop flavors, specifically peach and apricot from the Amarillo and tropical citrus from the Citra. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-balanced by a soft, grainy malt sweetness. The finish is off-dry and clean, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste and no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, smooth texture attributed to the heavy use of flaked grains. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift. Very light alcohol warmth is well-integrated, and there is zero astringency or raw starch texture.
