This celebratory Double IPA delivers a high-impact sensory experience defined by an aggressive double-dry hopping regimen. A complex blend of Citra, Columbus Cryo, Nelson, and Peacharine hops creates a vivid profile of citrus zest, distinctive white grape, and soft peach fuzz. Despite its 8.3% ABV strength, the beer maintains a West Coast identity with a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop saturation to remain the focal point. It is remarkably crisp and assertively bitter, finishing dry with a lingering resonance of resinous pine and tropical fruit, embodying a masterfully layered and intense hop showcase.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange with brilliant clarity. It supports a moderate-sized, persistent white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics dominate, featuring bright notes of lime zest and grapefruit, coupled with vinous white grape and a distinct ripe peach character. A subtle, dank resinous note provides depth, while the malt remains a clean, neutral, and slightly grainy background.

Taste. The initial impression is a massive burst of citrus, stone fruit, and gooseberry hop flavors, followed immediately by a firm, very high bitterness that remains clean. A low, supportive neutral malt character ensures a crisp profile. The finish is very dry with a long, lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from high hop concentration. Carbonation is moderate-high, enhancing the crispness. A well-integrated, gentle alcohol warmth is present without any harsh astringency.
