Sleeping Village Brewing Sauna
This North German-inspired German Pils pours with brilliant straw clarity, topped by a persistent, creamy white head. The sensory profile is defined by a sharp, assertive hop character, offering fragrant layers of dried herbs, spicy noble spice, and a delicate floral lift. A lean, doughy Pilsner malt foundation provides just enough support with notes of toasted cracker and a hint of honey before being swept away by a firm, clean bitterness. True to its regional inspiration, the finish is exceptionally dry and crisp, leaving a lingering, mineral-like snap that invites the next refreshing sip after a session in the heat.
Appearance. Brilliant straw to light gold (3 SRM) with exceptional clarity; carries a thick, long-lasting, frothy white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring classic noble hop aromas of dried herbs, white pepper, and soft floral notes; backed by a clean, grainy-sweet malt character reminiscent of fresh crackers and a touch of honey.
